Emanuel Arts Council
Emanuel Arts Council, Inc. provided visual and performing arts activities and
events for Swainsboro and surrounding areas. Located on Green and Church streets,
the center houses the Kalmanson Gallery that hosts 10 exhibitions each year by
regional artists. It offers local theatrical performances as well as professional
touring groups. Classes are also offered for children and adults.

Rome Area Council for the Arts (RACA) is a nonprofit community arts agency serving
the citizens of Rome, Georgia, and the surrounding area with programs and services
in the performing, visual, and literary arts, including audiences of students,
seniors, and adults.
